THE LAST ONE WEEK APPEARS NOT A TOURIST IN CANCUN HOLANESA

 

A Dutch national tourist missing since a week ago, the last time his family heard from him was in Cancun, having been to Isla Mujeres.

Raul Joaquin Pedro Santiago, 26, born in Curacao and Dutch national, arrived in Cancun on 19 January.

"He came here to make a study of the culture, the Maya region," said his father, who went to the headquarters of the Attorney General of the state to report the disappearance. The prosecution began the affidavit 657/2013.

Un turista de nacionalidad holandesa está desaparecido desde hace una semana; la última vez que sus familiares supieron de él se encontraba en Cancún, tras haber estado en Isla Mujeres. 

Raúl Joaquín Pedro Santiago, de 26 años, nacido en Curazao y de nacionalidad holandesa, llegó a Cancún el 19 de enero pasado. 

“Vino aquí a hacer un estudio de la cultura, de la región de los mayas”, dijo su padre, quien acudió a la sede de la Subprocuraduría General de Justicia del estado para denunciar la desaparición. El Ministerio Público inició el acta circunstanciada 657/2013. 

Pedro Santiago llegó primero a Cancún y luego se trasladó a la Riviera Maya, donde se ubican sitios emblemáticos de esa cultura como las zonas arqueólogas de Tulum y Cobá. 

De acuerdo con el padre del desaparecido, éste había manifestado a través de su cuenta de Facebook que su situación era deplorable porque se le acabó el dinero. 

La última vez que supieron de él fue el viernes 3 de mayo y quedaron de verse en el aeropuerto internacional de Cancún. 

Tras su estancia en la Riviera Maya, Pedro Santiago se fue a Isla Mujeres y el fin de semana retornó a Cancún.

TOURISTS BY FIRE EVICTED HOTEL FIESTA AMERICANA

  

CANCUN, QUINTANA ROO. - About 600 tourists and employees were evacuated from the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun, after it caught fire large palapa intense flames causing a dense cloud of smoke, leaving three workers intoxicated.

DESALOJAN A TURISTAS POR INCENDIO HOTEL FIESTA AMERICANA

 

 

CANCÚN, QUINTANA ROO.- Alrededor de 600 turistas y empleados fueron evacuados del hotel Fiesta Americana Condesa de Cancún, luego de que se incendiara una palapa de grandes dimensiones provocando intensas llamas una densa nube de humo, que dejó tres trabajadores intoxicados.

Los hechos ocurrieron poco antes de las tres de la tarde de hoy, cuando las corporaciones policíacas y de emergencia recibieron el reporte de un incendio que se inició en la parte superior de la palapa, ubicada en el área conocida como auditorio o teatro, cerca del área de la recepción del hotel.

Elementos del heroico cuerpo de bomberos utilizaron más de ocho pipas, particulares, de agua, que fueron llevadas desde el centro de la ciudad, para combatir las llamas que por momentos amenazaban con extenderse a la palapa principal en la entrada del hotel.

El titular de la Dirección de Bomberos de Cancún, Vicente Moreno, comentó que se quemaron unos mil 200 metros cuadrados de material conocido como “guano”, además de 90 metros de largo de un pasillo con techo de palapa.

Dijo que aún se desconocen las causas que originaron el incendio.

Los bomberos tardaron varias horas en extinguir completamente el incendio, y permanecieron en el lugar unas tres horas, una vez que todo estaba bajo control.

La conflagración causó la curiosidad y el nerviosismo entre los turistas y los empleados que fueron evacuados. Algunos turistas señalaron que el incendio ocurrió muy rápido y se extendió con velocidad; sin embargo, no hubo víctimas. (Fuente: NoticaribeNews)

El incendio fue reportado poco antes de las tres de la tarde, lo que provocó una fuerte movilización de cuerpos de rescate y bomberos para apagar el fuego y acordonar la zona.

SE FUGAN 4 ANTILLANOS DEL INM

 

LA FRAGILIDAD de la Subdelegación del Instituto Nacional de Migración en Chetumal quedó demostrada de nueva cuenta, pues anoche cuatro antillanos que se encontraban recluidos en el lugar se fugaron “en las narices” de los guardias de seguridad privada, por fortuna la rápida intervención de las autoridades estatales permitió la captura de dos de ellos, quienes se encontraban escondidos en los alrededores del Cereso de Chetumal.

La fuga se registró alrededor de las 20:00 horas de ayer, cuando cuatro antillanos aparentemente se amotinaron, y aprovechando que los guardias que se encontraban en ese sitio estaban “distraídos”, saltaron la barda trasera apoyados de una soga que fabricaron con sábanas.

Tras percatarse de la fuga, los guardias de seguridad privada pidieron ayuda al número de emergencias 066, por lo que de manera casi inmediata elementos de la Policía Estatal y Municipal Preventiva (PMP) desplegaron un operativo en el sitio con la finalidad de dar con el paradero de los fugitivos.

Luego de varios minutos los elementos policiacos lograron detener a dos de ellos, quienes se encontraban escondidos en las cercanías del Campo de Futbol López Portillo, por lo que fueron trasladados de nueva cuenta a las instalaciones del INM.

El operativo continúa en las inmediaciones del Centro de Reinserción Social (Cereso) de Chetumal y la colonia Santa Isabel; sin embargo, hasta el cierre de esta nota no habían podido dar con el paradero de los otros dos antillanos.

Ayer por la mañana, cuatro de ellos habían sido trasladados por elementos de la Policía Federal a la ciudad de México, desde donde serían repatriados al concluir con ese trámite; sin embargo, después del traslado, la seguridad se relajó aparentemente, lo que propició la fuga.

Es importante señalar que Diario Respuesta publicó en días pasados que ya en dos ocasiones en menos de 15 días, los antillanos que se encontraban en la Subdelegación del INM se habían intentado amotinar argumentando diferentes cuestiones, una de ellas que la comida, consistente en un sándwich y agua de jamáica, era insuficiente, pero además exigían que se les proporcionaran alimentos cubanos.

Es la segunda fuga que se registra en lo que va del año, sin que hasta el momento las autoridades de ese instituto tomen cartas en el asunto.

De última hora la SSP informó que los cubanos recapturados son Yusbel Hernández Méndez y Juan Espinoza, de 39 años de edad. (Fuente: Periódico la Respuesta)

ALIAS CAPUCHIN MONKEY BITES LOLO TOURIST

MONO CAPUCHINO ALIAS LOLO MUERDE A TURISTA 

Playa del Carmen.- Una turista italiana, identificada como Rita Fquieiri, de 28 años de edad, fue mordida en un dedo de la mano izquierda cuando se estaba tomando la foto con un mono capuchino al que sus propietarios llaman “Lolo”, en la Quinta Avenida de esta ciudad

Esto ocurrió  a unas cuantas horas que la PROFEPA decomisó en ese mismo lugar, un lote de felinos que eran explotados para tomarse fotografías con los turistas.

Los hechos ocurrieron en uno de los puntos en los que se presenta fauna exótica para que el turismo se tome fotografías, éste en particular a la altura del Coco Bongo, en la Quintana Avenida de esta ciudad.

La italiana, quien estaba acompañada de su esposo, súbitamente en el momento en que se estaba tomando la foto con él animal, la mordió.

Tras el ataque del mono y pese a la preocupación de la Turista, los explotadores del animal le dijeron que el incidente no tenía importancia y no le prestaron ningún tipo de ayuda.

La mujer se alejó del lugar y más adelante solicitó la ayuda a la Policía Turística que patrullaba la zona.

Junto con los policías y con una inspectora de fiscalización municipal que rehusó identificarse, la turista señaló a los propietarios del mono, pero ambas autoridades minimizaron el incidente, al tiempo que la funcionaria municipal aceptó como válidos los documentos que le fueron presentados por los explotadores para usar al animal para fotografías.

MEXICO TENDRA NUEVOS DUEÑOS

LOS EXTRANJEROS por  décadas  han utilizado fiduciarios inmobiliarios o compañías-fachada mexicanas para comprar propiedades frente a playas, esto porque el  Artículo 27  en la fracción primera de la Constitución específicamente dice que se prohíbe que los extranjeros sean propietarios directos de tierras mexicanas

Pero ahora gracias al Partido Revolucionario Institucional (PRI) y al Partido Acción nacional (PAN), se  permitiría que los extranjeros compren propiedades directamente frente al océano para uso residencial y no para proyectos comerciales…..Ajá..

La Unidad de la Fuerza Indígena y Campesina criticó la propuesta  al considerar que daría "paso franco a que los extranjeros posean legalmente las mejores tierras de litoral, alentando el despojo, la especulación financiera e inmobiliaria".

Sin embardo la  Cámara de Diputados, alias “Los Santanistas” autorizó a las personas no nacidas en territorio nacional a adquirir el dominio directo de inmuebles en una franja de 100 kilómetros de las fronteras y de 50 en las costas, exclusivamente para uso de vivienda sin fines comerciales, y envió la discusión al Senado con esto estamos en vías de  la colonización extranjera en el país

Históricamente, lo anterior estaba prohibido por motivos estratégicos militares al considerar un riesgo establecer permanentemente a los extranjeros en las fronteras y costas. El país estableció las restricciones para garantizar la seguridad nacional y evitar la creación de enclaves extranjeros como el que creció en una ex provincia mexicana conocida como Texas, donde los extranjeros eventualmente se rebelaron y separaron de México.

Santa Anna era un ladrón o que se robaba los fondos públicos y generaba un escándalo por el mal manejo de los recursos, cuando se impusieron una serie de impuestos, de manera muy dramática, en los gobiernos que van de 1841 a 1844. Santa Anna era propietario de casi todas las tierras que iban desde el puerto de Veracruz hasta Jalapa. La mayoría de los miembros del gabinete Santanistas, habían comprado haciendas por doquier, mientras que la recaudación de impuestos no había tenido ningún impacto significativo en la sociedad. Dicha situación provocará una rebelión contra Santa Anna, conocida como la “revolución de las tres horas”. Se da un rechazo muy dramático, en el sentido de que se están robando el dinero de la Hacienda Pública. De ser aceptado por la Cámara de Senadores esta reforma, estará jubiloso el señor  Kevin Graham, un estadounidense de Texas que administra la firma inmobiliaria Costa Maya Living en el poblado caribeño de Mahahual, quien comento que algunos potenciales compradores se desanimaban por la idea de no poder tener títulos de propiedad en playas.

Nuevamente, otra reforma retrógrada…. ¿Qué tienen en la cabeza los legisladores?….

No entienden que las  playas son bienes que pertenecen a la nación y si se convierten en propiedad privada los ciudadanos mexicanos no tendrán acceso a éstas, como está pasando en unas zonas de Cancún.

KA'AN SIAN BIRDS HAVE STRICT DIET OF GARBAGE

El doctor en ecología y Director del Colegio de la Frontera Sur (ECOSUR) con sede  en Chetumal, Héctor Hernández Arana, afirma que el equilibrio ecológico de la reserva se ve afectado por la mano del hombre y las especies que en ella habitan son las que  “pagaran las consecuencias”, como se ve en la actualidad.

La recolección de especímenes muertos en varios puntos, a lo largo de los 120 kilómetros de zona costera, arrojan resultados alarmantes: dentro de su esqueleto perduran fragmentos de plásticos, en su mayoría de colores, no digeridos por el aparato digestivo del ave.

Respecto al tema, el director de HUB Riviera Maya, Mario Dib Rodríguez, explica que en el recorrido físico a la Reserva de la Biosfera de Sian Ka´an confirma que no solo el consumo de plástico se ha convertido en parte de la cotidianeidad de las especies, como el caso de la tortuga, sino que además terminan enredándose en ellos, llegando la muerte por asfixia.

Las iguanas y lagartijas también suelen presentar la conducta de ingerir fragmentos coloridos, confundiéndolos con bayas de algunos árboles frutales.

En el caso de las aves, la mayoría de ellas aterrizan en la zona costera por el atractivo visual; desde el aire se observa un área colorida, donde los plásticos de color rojo y azul resultan ser los más ingeridos, esto se determinó luego de revisar los restos óseos de aves ocultas en matorrales o parajes selváticos.

Por lo anterior, es de vital importancia que accionemos a la recolección de residuos sólidos de la zona costera de la Reserva, no solo para mejorar el atractivo visual sino para evitar la muerte de la fauna, dijo. (Fuente:SIPSE)

A algunos les pareció que la perra entró a robar cámara... y a otros que fue un mensaje subliminal para Hendricks y Félix González Canto.
