QUINTANA ROO IS FLOODED




According to projections from the National Weather Service (NWS) in the next 96 hours will present conditions for the continued presence of heavy rains in Quintana Roo.

  The number one tropical wave caused serious damage in Cancun, as torrential rains that dropped as reported by the MTF were 174.5 mm, the strongest that fell on Saturday in the country, and the phenomenon will affect the state territory on Monday and partially Tuesday.

  In fact because of these tropical disturbances and low pressure systems cause rain until Thursday, so during this period are forecast conditions for heavy rainfall occur from 20 to 150 mm of water. 

 

 
 
This Sunday, the number one tropical wave generated disturbance zone in the northwestern Caribbean Sea, remained strong deep cloud activity, causing heavy rains (50-70 mm) to intense (70-150 mm) accompanied by showers and thunderstorms Campeche, Yucatan and Quintana Roo, said the SMN, the time to clarify that this system has just a 10 percent chance of cyclone development, so it will keep on monitoring.
