AMERICAN TOURIST DIES

After drinking alcohol R. K. decided to go out to the balcony where he lost control and crashed.


PLAYA DEL CARMEN, MX. - An American tourist identified as Robert Kritor, 44 years old, died after falling from the balcony of his room at the Hotel H-10 in Playa del Carmen, after having been drinking alcoholic beverages.


According to preliminary reports, it was around eight o'clock that tourists plunged from a height of about ten feet behind out on the balcony; previously, the deceased had been drinking with his son, and leaving the balcony, lost control and fell, dying immediately.


The tourist deceased was staying with his family, and his son Nick was Lodwi who gave notice to the employees of the hotel, who sought the services of an ambulance. The first to arrive to lend medical assistance center was hosting, the hapless vacationer who found no vital signs, which was confirmed by the paramedics who arrived on the scene.


The body was taken to the Medical Examiner for the autopsy.


This would be the third death of tourists from falling from the balconies of their rooms, after excessive alcohol consumption, in two weeks, in the Mexican Caribbean.



On April 28, an American tourist fell from the eighth floor in the hotel Aqua Cancun, and a few days later, on May 7, a young Canadian woman died after falling from the balcony of the hotel Gran Caribe Real.
